This special event will include an outdoor all level yoga flow, lead by Shannon, with the magical sound healing of Becky's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.

We will invite both movement and stillness, and feel on a deeper level that everything in life is vibrating.

Sound therapy not only helps the body achieve a state of deep relaxation, but also has a way of moving through blockages in the body.

of gentle restorative yoga flowing along with
the sounds of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.

Anita will guide you into poses designed to both ground and open the body gently, while Becky shares the incredible vibrational frequencies of the bowls to take you deeper into your practice.

Come be bathed in the healing vibrations of sound while inviting your body to be held completely by your yoga mat!

Join us for this special OUTDOOR fundraising event in our Cultivate Nature Space where we will flow, relax, connect and share as we raise awareness and funds to help prevent suicide in our area.

This event will include:

• 60 min All-Levels Yoga Flow practice w/ Kat Hollo of Cultivate Yoga

  • including Extended Savasana (rest) and Guided Sound Bath Meditation

    • with Becky Hopp of With a Grateful Heart Wellness

• 15 min talk to raise suicide prevention awareness with a licensed mental health professional from Frontline

• 45 min (optional) group sharing circle to connect with and support one another through our unique experiences - this will also be facilitated by a mental health professional from Frontline

ALL money raised through this event will go directly to support Frontline.

Donations to Frontline for this event can be made via CASH the day of or if you're unable to attend, donations for this cause will be accepted at Cultivate leading up to the day of the event.

Donating $50 or more to this cause will enter you into a drawing to win a private or group yoga class with Kat Hollo (location and date of your choosing with the option to practice at Cultivate Yoga Space)

FrontLine Service, formerly MHS, 24/7 Suicide Prevention Hotline for children and adults whose safety and health are threatened by mental health challenges or overwhelming stressors. They provide Crisis Assessment and Intervention services throughout Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and have done so without interruption since 1995.

Savannah will guide you into poses designed to ground and center the body and mind, while Becky shares the incredible vibrational frequencies of the bowls to take you deeper into your practice. Come be bathed in the healing vibrations of sound and transition into this next season with clarity and calm!

Sip, Snack & Shop with us after class! Athleta will have a Pop Up Shop of their New Sleepwear line, and Great Lakes Health & Wellness (new location in Ohio City) will be providing complimentary blading for students to continue the relaxation!

What you will need to bring - Yoga mat ($2 rentals) and water/water bottle. Additional props will be used from the studio. If you want to bring your own props, feel free to bring 2 blocks, 2 blankets, bolster and yoga strap if you have them.
