Julia Mason, Enthusiasm Lab, will guide us in a discussion about the
Divine Feminine, self-care & loving ourselves. She will also guide us through some journaling prompts (journals & pens will be provided).

Laura Cohen, EstiBestie Skincare, will teach us all about Ear Seeding ~
what it is, what it does, the benefits, and then she will place Ear Seeds
for anyone interested in receiving them.

Danelle Warner, Antidote Functional Therapies, will teach us all about
the benefits of lymphatic drainage, including Gua Sha and Dry Brushing ~ what are the tools, why it is important, how to do it and then she’ll share some at-home self massage techniques with us.

We will close out the day with a very special Reiki Infused Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath with Becky Hopp, With a Grateful Heart Wellness, focusing our raising our vibrational frequency, making self-care a priority and showing ourselves the love we give so freely to others.

As a bonus there will be very special SWAG BAGS that will include a few of the tools we’ll be using during the demonstrations.

What to bring…
❤️ your best female family &/or friends
❤️ your yoga mat or blanket to sit and lay down on
❤️ a blanket to cover up during the Sound Bath (if you get cold easily)
❤️ an eye mask or eye pillow (if you want to block out the light during the Sound Bath)

**Please plan to arrive 10-15 mins early so you can arrive, get settled, use the restroom, etc. and we will begin promptly at 12pm.**
