When you attend a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath Session with me, my goal is for you to leave feeling so much better than when you arrived!

So wear comfortable clothes (bring a sweatshirt if you get cold easily) and bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie down on. I will take care of the rest!

You don't need to know how to do anything other than to sit or lie down. While you do, I will use the highest grade Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls from Crystal Tones®️ to help reset your nervous system, help you relax & decompress and help you let go of stress, tension, anxiety and overwhelm. While I am playing, you will be bathed in healing sound vibrations of the highest frequency and the most beautiful loving intention.

As a Master Reiki Practitioner, I infuse all of my sessions with Reiki energy to uplevel the entire experience.

During the session, I will guide you through breathwork, full-body relaxation and guided meditation.
